Bristel is a coal miner from District 12. She only appears in Catching Fire when Gale Hawthorne is whipped by Romulus Thread for poaching on the Capitol's land. She was one of Gale's crew mates and is possibly from The Seam. Her fate is unknown, but it is likely that she was killed in the bombing of District 12, as she was not mentioned to be in District 13.
