So, I know that I am pretty new and such. But we just lost a mod (maybe two?) that were on alot and supported the chat rules. I know all the rules and fully support them. I feel like I am trusted by many users and I am always fair. I am on VERY frequently when there are 3-4 people on and no mods.

Edit: And being where you're from Shouldn't! affect being chosen. That is downright racist and sad. I understand I am new, but I have been more active than a few of the mods.

- Oi, do not accuse people of being racist. Our next mod needs to love in Europe so that the user can be on chat during European times. If you are ok with waking up at 8pm and being on chat until 8am when you will sleep (no I did not get am and pm the wrong way round, thats what you would actually have to do if you lived in America) to cover European times then thats great! - I did not. And no, I wouldn't. I can cover the late night North America (I am NOT from the US) and it would be very well. If you are okay with there being 4-5 users on chat with no mod, then that's on you. I would love to help out there if I could. And me being from the North American continent seems to be the only problem people have with my modding. Other than that I seem to check out 100%. So I would love to be able to help at night for NA time zones if you would have me. Thanks.

- Better yet, may I propose an alternative. When chat is started, let me have mod for a week, maybe a month. You can hold a vote then, seeing if other users/admins want me to stay. If I am voted off, I will step down gracefully, if you keep me, even better. It is just an idea. Please reply. Thanks.

I need a mod who can cover a time where there are no mods on. You can not do that because you are from Canada or something. During your times there are quite a few mods on, five to be precise. I definitely think that when chat opens up again we will be needing more chat mods seeing as how a couple were demodded and such....I tihnk Bacon will be a great mod because he isn't too hyper and knows the rules and also how to enforce them. Ok so yeah support. Oh and btw Keap is invalid js :)))

- I don't have a problem with anything you said which concerns this person modding but you said my judgement decides everyone else's vote. This isn't true, in this forum everyone's vote is equal although myself or an admin will have to decide if the amount of votes this user has is enough to gain them the position. This could mean that Annie, Wingman and Wes could disagree with me and say that Bacon would be a good mod and that five supports is enough to make him mod, despite him having more against votes.
