Ian Nelson is an American actor who portrayed the District 3 male tribute in The Hunger Games film.[1] He lives in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He is the son of Mark and Janie Nelson and is one of four children. He is also a trained singer, dancer, and actor, and has been featured in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City for the past three years.
