Ian Nelson is an American actor who portrayed the District 3 male tribute in The Hunger Games film.[1] He lives in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He is the son of Mark and Janie Nelson and is one of four children. He is also a trained singer, dancer, and actor, and has been featured in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City for the past three years. Ian also plays the role of "Young Derek Hale" in MTV's Teen Wolf. He was featured in the eighth episode of season three called Visionary.
