Toby Jones is an English film actor. He portrayed Claudius Templesmith in The Hunger Games film.[1] One of his roles included voicing Dobby the house elf in the second and penultimate Harry Potter films. Another role he portrayed was Dr. Arnim Zola in Captain America: The First Avenger. He also played the Dream Lord in the 2010 episode of Doctor Who, Amy's Choice. He has also portrayed Alfred Hitchcock in the 2012 HBO Film The Girl.
