Toby Jones is an English film actor who portrayed Claudius Templesmith in The Hunger Games[1] and The Hunger Games: Catching Fire.
Career
One of his roles included voicing Dobby in the second and penultimate Harry Potter films. Another role he portrayed was Dr. Arnim Zola in Captain America: The First Avenger. He also played the Dream Lord in the 2010 episode of Doctor Who, Amy's Choice. He has also portrayed Alfred Hitchcock in the 2012 HBO Film The Girl.
