Welcome to the 5th Quarter Quell. for this Quell, each District 1-13 must send the Number of tributes their District is (District 1=1 tribute, District 2=2 tributes, District 3=3 tributes.... District 13=13 tributes). Also, there will be 5 Cornucopias. 1 big one is the center, no weapons will be in tis one just backpacks with supplies. The other 4 will be tinier and scattered around the arena. only 2 tributes will win out of 91. Good luck and may the odds be ever in your favor.
