Introduction and this years twist.[]
Welcome citizens of Panem ! So as you all must know this year marks 25 Years of the hunger games ! So in the Rule book every 25 years we shall have Quarter Quell. A twist to the games for the entertainment of the capitol. Thank you all and may the odds be ever in your favor.
This year school students from all the districts will all write someones name on a slip of paper. After all the slips are submitted they will be calculated and the person with the most votes will become a tribute. We also will have twice the tributes giving us 48!
