Hi! I’m ConspiracyKiller825, with my second Hunger Games! I loved writing my last Hunger Games and thought I could give it another go! These games pick up a few weeks later at Training for the 259^th Hunger Games. These aren’t a series (no rebellion or anything like that) but are just games that occur after each other. Not really storyline either but they just lead onto each other. I finished with Nymph Mer’e (258^th Victor) listening to the twist for these games. Only Sponsors and Victors know and nobody will know until the finale. Can’t wait to start these so please join your tributes! Happy Hunger Games, and May the Odds Be Ever in Your Favour.

• It will be the normal 2 tributes per district but I will also Add the Capitol and District 13 = 28 Tributes

Arena

The Arena is a circle of water with the cornucopia in the centre. It has the Tribute Plates around it and Rock Ledges coming off at 12, 3, 6 and 9 on a clock. The water, is surrounded by a small area of Grass. This is then surrounded by Mountains in ¼, Thick Jungle in 2/4 and in the final ¼ is water going off to an cliff island. All of this is surrounded by the force field. 

The Cliff Island is a cylinder of rock coming out of the ocean and going up towards the sky. Tributes will have to climb up but there is always a rain storm towering over head. Meaning they will need to be good at climbing. It also has a rainforest on top.

There are 7 Tributes in each quarter. There are some backpacks and weapons floating around the outskirts of the cornucopia.

The different sections:

Water/Grassland

• Is a good section for food as the water contains fish
• There is no water here as the water surrounding the cornucopia is salt
• Terrible place for hiding as it’s out in the Open
• The only shelter is the cornucopia but of course it will be the Careers main fort

Mountains

• Is terrible for food as hardly no animals will be here
• Is dangerous as some are hard to climb and can be slippery
• There are mutts roaming around
• There are some gamemakers disasters
• There is no water here
• Good for hiding and shelter as there are caves

Jungle

• Amazing source of food with all the jungle animals
• There isn’t too much water here only a small lake
• Not too great for hiding as most alliances will go here for food
• There are mutts roaming around

Island – Has a Rainforest on It

• Amazing source of food with all the animals
• There is a good water supply as there is a big lake in the centre
• Is great for hiding as it’s out of the way
• Is hard to reach
• Lot’s of Gamemakers Disasters

Fay Alban (8)

I wake up in my beautiful bedroom. I realise that i'm sleeping on the floor and i'm sweating all over my body. I don't even remember going to sleep. Uggghhh. I get up and almost fall right over. I decide to have a shower. I'm just about to get in when my escort bangs on the door and yells five minutes! I freak out and have the quickest shower ever. I come out to see my training uniform on my bed. Was that always there? Ugghh who cares. I slip it on and run out into the dinning room. As i wasn't looking where i was going and i bash straight into my district partner, Akumai. "Sorry, I wasn't looking where i was going." "Yeah, well you should have. Stop messing around, we are leaving for the training centre in 10 so get moving." God what was his problem. Well i figured out pretty quickly that we wern't going to be allies. I scoffed down some breakfast and met Akumai at the elevator. He looked pretty disguisted at me. But i didn't need to worry about him. I knew when it came down to it, he wouldn't hurt me. Nor would I hurt him. It's a thing of honor in the outside districts. Although we don't say we are, we are kind of in a secret alliance. It was the most akward silence in the elevator. It felt so good to get out of there. We weren't late but there were already a lot of others there. I could see all the Career districts standing closely together. A few more districts came n but last was district 3 and they didn't look happy. I wondered what happened but it looked like the guy was scared of her. Anyway it wasn't my problem. The head trainer finally came down and gave us tha talk. Though we all knew what would happen. She let us go. And it was only now that i realised, that i had no alliance. I started to panic and freak out. Until i realised some tributes were staring at me. I then realised that I was still standing in my position, listening to the head trainer. God i must of looked like an idiot, get it together, I told myself. I decided to start with something i knew, plant identifcation. I thought it would be smart to show off my skills and find some alliance members. Not that it really worked, some people started to notice me but that was it. I tried the basic survival skills, like knot tying and starting a fire. But i almost burned the place down. This was because i heard that district 3 female yell out to her district parter. I heard her use the name Noma. I was shocked. That name was so fimiliar in my mind. I just couldn't remember where i'd heard it before. It was a rare name and i didn't think i knew anyone with that name. Maybe i was wrong.

It had come to day two of training. You could see some people were already in alliances. I saw Akumai go off to the Careers. God i wished i could go and strangle him. He was such a double crosser. Nobody fromd district 8 has ever gone with the Careers. But it was his choice. I knew today was going to be a big day for me. I had watched the reapings last night and had paid special attention to district 3. Then it hit me. I couldn't believe that it was happening. I saw Noma at the weights area. I walked striaght over to him. "Can i help you" "Hey, umm yes, I'm Fay, District 8" "Oh, okay well, thanks for stopping by" He walked off without another word. "I know Vennica!" I shouted at him. He turned and ran at me. Picking me up and giving me a massive hug. He then bombarded me with questions about her. I told him to calm down. I told him excatly how she was and what she was doing. He was greatful to me. "So you want to be allies?" I asked him. "You bet" he replied. He told me that he saw me yesterday at the plant idetifcation and asked for my help. Which i was happy to give. We then also did some climbing pratice which wasn't that bad. We were having fun and laughing a lot. I had never expected to find someone like this in the games. We also decided to work on some long distance weapons. So we chose the spear which is what most people would have in these games. We saw somebody was already there. She was young, probably the yougest tribute her. She looked around 12. She looked weak and upset. I decided to say hello. We actual became pretty good friends and she taught us how to use a spear well. She also was in need of an alliance so we were happy to offer. So it was me, Noma from 3 and Lucinda from 9. What a games these would be. 

Lance Ampere (5)

It was the final day before individual training. You could see that the alliances were now finalised. But i wasn't in one. And that was fine since i didn't want to be. I have decided to go alone. Since i won't have to share any of my supplies or protect anyone. There also won't be any arguments and i can do whatever i want, when i want to. Though that said there is always the chance that this was a bad idea and now im dead meat. Though my gut told me that this felt right. Last year Nymph won and she was a loner but she did join an alliance halfway through. So what if i need to i will but it allows me to keep my options open. I have been mainly trianing at the survival skills and combat skills. I have also allowed myslef to go into the pool once though, i nearly drowned. Just becuase you could never know if water will be involved. The Careers this year are massive and have a lot of tributes from outside districts. I could see numbers like 8, 11 and 13. 13, now that was an interesting number. They came second last year and were very close to first. It just goes to show anyobdy can do well in the hunger games. Though i was a little dissapointed that district 5 did so poorley last year. I didn't really know Brandon but i knew that he was a nice guy. I wanted to win for my family, but also a part of me wanted to win for district 5. We haven't done so well latley and I hope to win so nobody forgets who we are. Now i just need a good training score.

Annabeth Elosegui (2)

The final day was coming to a close. Us Careers were ready. We were ready for the challenge and the Hunger Games. We of course had been flaughting our skills to everyone. Nobody or any alliance were a match for us. Though i knew we couldn't get cocky or we could become the worst alliance ever. I thought we had a good, strong alliance. That would mean better odds and more sponsors. Not that we'd need them. I can see some strong and smart people in other alliances. They would be useful to us. But since they won't side with us, we must just take them out first. But there are others who won't need us to kill them. Such as the stupid pair from 6. They will probably get eaten by a mutt or eat a poisonus plant or something. Though i do have to remember last years games. Plus we cold have the exact same problem. We have a bit of anger issues between Ryan (1) and Aurum (2). Of course i support Aurum (2) more. He has alos been decided as the leader of our alliance. I think it will be good, him as our leader. He knows what to do and how to do things. Plus im the co-leader, so when we don't have Aurum (2) i'll be in charge. Which is great. I didn't want that wirdeo of a girl, Amanda (1) to have it. I don't really like her. She looks like a spoilt brat that got whatever she wanted becuase of her beauty. Well beauty won't go far in this alliance especially with so many people. Honestly, I hope she gets take out in the bloodbath like the distirct 1 female did last year. She is weak and useless and may have to be eliminated. I even let Aurum (2) know my thoughts. He tells me to wait and if she's still alive on day 2, he'll come up with a plan. I hope so. I would love to put my machete through her face. The head trainer called out time and we all headed back up to our rooms. I knew that me and Aurum (2) had to get the best scores tomorrow or we'd be targeted.

Amanda Selkirk (1)

Today was the final day to show off my skills to the gamemakers but more importantly sponsors. I slept alright, but had a wired dream about the games. Though it was nothing to waste my time on. I got ready and met Ryan (1) and our mentors at breakfast. They gave us some final advice before we headed off. I knew that Ryan (1) was a big threat, which made him such a valuble ally. He has told me his plan for the bloodbath and I still am having a hard time processing it. We talk about it in the elevator. "You can't leave the Careers, Ryan. With Aurum in charge they will hunt for you straight away." "Yeah, well im not waiting around for him to get angry and kill me. And to be honest if Bronze had been smarter last year, he would've done the same." "What will you do?" "Set up traps and hunt people down, I can't get caught up with Aurum like Bronze did. That's what got him killed.... You could come with me." "Really?" "Yeah, come on with me out of the way they will kill, Amanda. I need your help, plus you need mine." "Hmmmmhh, Okay." "Really?" "Yes, Yes of course i'll come with you." And with that the elevator opened. Everyone was on time. It was bad enough how long some people had to sit here, people didn't want to make it worse. First of course the Capitol girl went. All the Careers were together, though i didn't participate much in the convosation. I was too distracted by what would happen if i did or didn't go with Ryan. I briefly heard Max who is/was in my alliance get called to go. I started to get a good head space. I just had to show them, all the skills I had. In my eyes this could be the deciding factor on who wins these games. "Amanda Selkirk" I heard from the speakers. The Careers halfheartedly wished me good luck. I heard Ryan say something but i didn't hear it. I walked in the room to see a lot of peacekeepers dumping rubbish bags in the bin. You could easily see they were full of dummies. I guess Max (C) really went all out. Now i had to do the same. "Amanda Selkirk, District 1." I called out. "Your time begins now." I had been secretly practicing my knot tying with Ryan. I got 10 dummies and hanged them from the ceiling. I then got my Throwing Knives and went crazy. Running around, and throwing the knives right into their chests. I could see the gamemakers were kind of impressed but weren't wowed. That would change. I got my sword and sliced every dummies head off in one, single, swift motion. I then went to the electrical station and set up the bomb. I chose one dummy and used the kinfe already in it's chest the cut a deep hole. I shoved the bomb inside. I walked back to the front and took a bow. ight on cue the bomb exploded. I walked out with a massive smile on my face. I could hear a few claps from the audience. They were impressed.

Lucinda Irongate (9)

I was so tred, bored, hungry and thirsty. God they needed to put something in here for us to do. I know that they get bored but so do we. I wouldn't be suprised if they were sleeping, since everyone knows that by District 5, the gamemakers are over it. I know that I would be. It would be such a boring job. But then again, they probably don't have the choice of what they got to do. Fay (8) had recently gone in for his session. He has such a soothing voice. I can see why he is a therapist. One day I might see him about my parents. Until i realised that was insane becuase it was either me or him coming out, not both of us. "Lucinda Irongate." It was my time. I hadn't really put a lot of thought into what I was going to do. But i was going to try my hardest. I didn't want a bad score making me look weak. I wanted to prove myself, not only to the Capitol but to Noma (3) and Fay (8) as well. "District 9, Lucinda Irongate" My District partner, Parker (9) had reminded me to say that. He was a nice guy and wouldn't be a bad ally I thought. But now wasn't the time. "Your time begins now." I could tell she was trying not to fall asleep. I first of all went to the spear station. I threw the best I could, getting the bullseye more times then I expected. I then set up a trap that I had been using over the last few days in training. I threw a dummy into it. It got tied up, feet first. I then grabbed a weapon nobody really ever uses. Ninja Stars. I threw them at the dummies head, getting his face every time. They yelled "Time." I walked out but looked to see there faces. They weren't over whelmed but they hadn't expected that. And that was what I was going for.

Kasha Rye (12)

I knew that my chances at a good score were long gone. It had been over 2 hours since these sessions, had began. I had just said good luck to my last alliance member in the room. Jake (11) seemed like a good ally to have. He knew a lot more then he was letting on. I could tell that he was a little reserved. But each day, you could see he was feeling more relaxed and comfortable. Eventually he would open up and let everyone know what he was thinking. But that could never happen. He is always absent in our convostaions, there but in his own world. It's maybe not such a bad thing, but anyone could tell he was scared about going into the arena in two days time. I hoped he went alright with his private session. "Kasha Rye" It was my time. I didn't bother to say anything to my district partner. We seem just to hate each other. We both come from different worlds and don't like each other. Which is fine because if all goes well, i'll never see him again after the gong sounds. "Kasha Rye, Distrct 12." I tied to say it as entuiastictly as i could. "Your time begins now" she mumbled back. I asked for a trainer. I showed all the martial arts skills that I had learnt. Kicks, punches, jumps, i did whatever i thought would look interesting. Realising i was running out of time, I ran over to the dummies. I did the best knot i could to tie the dummy from the ceiling. I grabbed a sword and went slicing. I got a few good hits in but then as I swung my sword back around, one last time, the knot untied it self and the dummy fell straight on top of me. I heard laughter all around me. This furiated me. I just had my sword and just kept stabbing the dummy as more and more blood ran out. "Time" they called. I walked out, dissapointed. I probably looked like a vampire.

The gamemakers were again hard on some tributes this year. Though they were leniant with others. This was their 6th staright year in a row (same gamemakers as last year) and were getting bored. They thought these scores and odds would spice things up. 

Night Before The Games

Reia Sunrise (4)

The time was coming. It was time to see how everyone went in their private training sessions. I felt nervous and even scared. What would happen if i got a 2? I would be dead just like Hana. No i couldn't freak out, i needed to be calm and prepared for what was ahead. We'd already had dinner and were starting to take our seats on the couch. I could see the prep teams on each end of the couch, with Nymph and her husband Brooklyn who mentored her. I sat down next to Nymph who had been chosen to mentor me this year. I did trust her but she seemed more interested in Allan (4) then me. I tried to remember last year's games and what score Nymph had recieved. I couldn't remember seeing it but i knew it wasn't very high. "Nymph, what was your score last year?" "Ummm I believe it was a 7" "Ohh" I say. Then the screen turns on. It starts with the Capitol. The girl recieves a 6. I started to panic since that was a pretty low score. Then Max (C) recieved a 10. Everyone was shocked. Then came more 10's throughout Districts 1 and 2. But everyone was shocked when Aurum recieved a 9. He wouldn't be happy, especially since Ryan recieved a 10. District 3 didn't do so bad with an 8 and 9. Then came my turn. I didn't realise I was shutting my eyes and gritting my teeth. I heard him say "With a score of 7". I opened my eyes. And looked around. My prep team acted like I did great. Though my mentors obviously disaggred. They didn't say anything, they hardly even looked at me. I wanted to storm off but not without hearing how Allan went. "Allan, with a score of 9." I heard him exahale and everyone gave him a clap. I stormed off and cried in my bedroom. I couldn't wait to prove Nymph wrong. I didn't care about what they thought, I was doing this for Hana and nobody was going to stop me. I never saw anyone again until the next morning.  

Lena O'Connor (7)

It was amzing how well the Careers were going. They basically all had 10's or 9's. But i couldn't worry about them when I was already sweating off half my body weight over my own score. I had just seen both of the District 6 tributes to recieve the low score of 6. I started to get anxious. Then started to call my name... "with a score of 9" I couldn't believe it. I jumped up and screamed. Though i realised that may have been selfish to do in front of Jayson. "Jayson, with a score of 8." Everyone was shocked and congratulated him. "Congratulations" i said to him. "Didn't do so bad yourself" he said.  I was over joyed though now i was more interested in finding out what my alliance members got. "Lavender, with a score of 6", "Casper, with a score of 8", "Kalmah, with a score of 8". Not bad. Me, Kalmah and Casper had all manged at least an 8 or above, which was great. Meaning that our alliance now looked like a threat to people. Though Lavender had recieved a 6. She was becoming dead weight even before we had stepped inside the arena. I thought about how she had gone in training. I would have to discuss it with Casper and Kalmah but i personal think Lavender shouldn't make it past the bloodbath. And i would love the honor. Everyone celebrated into the night. These would definatley be a interesting games. 

Ryan Lucrian (1)

It was my last night in the Capitol, but just hopefully not forever. Everyone had just had their interviews. I thought i went well, talking mainly about myself and Bronze. Making sure that I didn't slip up and tell anyone my plan to escape the Careers. It was hard to believe exactly one year ago Bronze was in this room, doing the exact same things as me. He was an awesome cousin to have. I couldn't stop thinking about him. How had he lost that batte with Nathaniel. He had been doing so great. But is suppose maybe he got scared or something. I had lied a little to Amanda in the elevator two days ago. When i said that i wasn't focused on Aurum. That was of course definetly not true. He was the one i was going to think about everyday for the next two weeks. But i'm sure Amanda saw through my lie anyway. It's not a secret that i hate him. I jumped as someone banged on my door. I could already guess who it was. "Hi Amanda", i said after opening the door. "You Ready?" she asked. "No. but we don't have a choice." We disscussed our plan for the bloodbath. We of course had no idea of the arena or where our pedestals would be placed. But we tried to keep our options open. "I'll see you tomorrow" she said while walking out. It felt right going for a two person alliance. Especiallly with Amanda. We didn't have any problem with each other. And after we take out Annabeth tomorrow at the bloodbath, Aurum won't be able to hold both of us off.

Casper Ware (10)

Today is the beginning of the Hunger Games. I was still in shock that my name was called out of the reaping ball. But that time was long gone now. I was changed into my arena uniform and was all ready for the beginning. I knew that I had to get supplies and meet up with my allies. Without either I wouldn't last much longer then two days. I was talking to my stylist about the arena. He says they are considerbly close to last years outfits. I remember last years arena. Water, Mountain and Jungle. To be honest i wouldn't be too suprised if there was water. They are the same gamemakers and like the same things. But it wouldn't be good for a lot of tributes. Myself, well im not too bad at swimming but im not great like the District 4 tributes. There was 20 seconds to launch. I say goodbye and step inside. 10 seconds to launch. I needed to focus because as soon as the gong went there was nothing I could do. The tube started rising. I was going up and up. The bright sunlight blinded me. I opened my eyes. I looked towards the corncuopia. All the pathway was water. I could see that behind the corncuopia was Jungle. I turned behind me to see Mountain terrain. I also could see more water leading off towards a cliff. I didn't need to decide where to go, my alliance would do that. There was 30 seconds left. I looked to my left and almost fell off my plate. It was the District 1 Male, Ryan. I also had Lucinda the District 9 girl on my right. I knew for a fact that i was swimming to my right. 17 seconds left, 16, 15, 15, 15... What was going on? The countdown had stopped. Everyone else was doing the same. Then an announcment came. "Hello Tributes in the 259th Year of the Hunger Games. Well we have decided to ramp up the bloodbath for more action. As you may see the corncuopia is different. It's a two-storey greenhouse. We have decided to give you all a weapon ad something you disire. On the first floor is the usual corncuopia. On the second floor is a backpack for each of you. It contains a wepon and something you disire in these games. Yo may only grab your own backpack unless you want your hand to become meat. Happy Hunger Games, Tributes. May the Odds be Ever in Your Favour." Oh God. That meant for deaths. As much as I wanted my backpack do I risk it. I guess i'll decide in the sper of the moment.

Mill Haper (6)

I couldn't move. I was frozen with fear. The gong had sounded at least 20 seconds ago. I didn't know what to do. I couldn't see Matthew anywhere. I was getting nervous. We had agreed that he would find me and if I could, I would get supplies. I was still undecided to go for my special backpack or even just a normal backpack in the water. I was still looking for Matt. I could see some action already taking place. There were some heated battles especially near the stairs to the second level. I still hadn't moved since I stepped inside my tube. It was like my mind still thought the mines were activated. I decided that since it wouldn't matter, I yelled out for Matt. Hoping that he was just lost and not dead. I screamed. As i looked down and saw a hand on my ankle. I relaised that it must be Matt. So i stuck out my hand and he grabbed it. Only it wasn't Matt. It was Annabeth from District 2. "I hope he see's this" she said. I started screaming and crying. She had grabbed my neck and pulled me down under the water. I was kicking and screaming evn though I was under water. It wasn't long before my last air bubbles left my mouth. BOOM!!! I knew I never had a chance. 

Kalmah XXIV (12) 

I have just heard the first cannon. There of course is no way I can know who it was. But it's not like a care. As long as it's not me. I have just reached the cornucopia. I knew there was no time wasting on these stupid junk on the bottom level I had to get to the top. I checked nobody was watching and ran inside. There were many bags remaining, including my district partners. I grabbed it and looked inside. It contained a deadly Trident and a Map showing the location of who knows what. All I know is that it's something I desire. I now needed some supplies and my alliance members. I start running towards the stairs and try to catch a glimpse of who's bags are gone. But with not looking where I was going, I run into someone. I look up to see Allan, the District 4 male. I was shocked and speechless. He must of grabbed a weapon on the first level because he had a sword. He wasted no time in swinging at my head. I was just lucky enough to dodge. All I had was a Trident. A weapon I knew he would be able to beat. I stabbed at him but he was faster. He had gotten behind me. I turned around but was too late. I saw the glimpse of the sword rush right into the right side of my skull. BOOM!!! He better not take my supplies!

Savera Hayes (11)

These stupid Tributes were putting up a fight. Us Careers were giving it all we had and were hardly making kills. But as far as I knew, none of us were dead. I needed to see my backpack but was greated with a pleasent surpirse. I saw Allan towering over a dead body. You could tell he was searching for his supplies. He'd bascally wiped him clean, including his Jacket so nobody else could have it. We didn't really trust each other but we were allies and we wouldn't hurt each other yet. I jumped over the dead body and ran to my bag. I started untieing and decided to make conversation. "So, who was he?" I asked. "Kalmah, District 12" he replied. "Did he give you any trouble?" I asked. "No, piece of cake." he replied. And the next thing I knew he was gone. It didn't bother me though, he seemed too confident and to be honest I was worried that he would betray me then and there. I looked inside my bag, it contained a bunch of arrows and a box of matches. For fun, I lit one and threw it onto Kalmah while leaving. Maybe now, nobody else could retrieve their bags. I ran downstaris to find a Bow. After rumaging through a pile, I found what I was looking for. I heard a noise. I turned, Bow and Arrow at the ready. It was Lucinda from District 9. She looked scared but I knew that was crap. I let the arrow fly towards her. Though Fay from District 8 jumped out of nowhere and tackled Lucinda. They both went through the glass and down into the water. I got another arrow ready but someone came up behind me. He was holding a blowgun. I couldn't remember his name but he was from District 3. He loaded the blowgun and let it riped through the air. I was lucky to doge just in time. I jumped behind a pile of supplies and got my arrows ready. It reminded me of a child's game with two forts shooting at each other hoping for the target to land but none of them did. I decided that I was the Career and I needed to act like one. I got up and walked towards the pile he was hiding behind. I went around and stopped. He was holding a spear and smiling. I shot the arrow at him but it missed. He threw the spear so quickly into my chest that there was nothing I could do. BOOM!!! How could've I died in the bloodbath?

Ryan Lucrian (1)

A few deaths had taken place but me and Amanda hadn't had any issues so far. We had met up at the base of the corncuopia quickly grabbed some food and water for the road. We put it into a backpack as well as grabbing another back pack each. We also thought it would be better to get a wepon now incase we were attacked. We both grabbed a sword. We started making our way towards the stairs. Some battles were going on but we passed by as if they didn't even exist. The plan was for me to go up and get my backpack while Amanda corner Annabeth towards the stairs. I would come down and kill her then Amanda would go and grab her bag and we would leave for the Mountains. It was more simpler then it sounded. So I said a quick goodbye and ran with all my speed to the stairs and up. I coughed and chocked on the fumes. It was so smoky and hot. I wanted to throw up. I looked and saw a line of fire blcking off the bags. But as i looked closer there was a space inbetween for me to get through. I guess the gamemakers added it for extra fun. I ran through being careful not to touch the flame and looked for my bag. I just grabbed it and ran but not before seeing that Annabeth's bag was gone. Which meant she had a wepon useful to herself. I ran back through the space and down the stairs. I couldn't see Amanda or Annabeth anywhere. I started running around the cornucopia when I saw them battling. Anabeth had a machete. Which was great because I hadn't seen her practice in training often with one. I ran up behind her and pulled out a Trident from my bag. I stabbed for her back but she dodged and kicked me in the face. Amanda came up and punched her in the skull. It didn't do any damage but it made her fuirous. Both of the dropped their weapons and had a full hand combat fight. It was getting ugly too. There was no way I could get in to help without them ripping off my face. I decided to throw my trident towards Annabeth's back. It missed but she'd seen it. I yelled at Amanda to leave the fight and to go for her backpack on the second level. And since Annabeth was coming for me, nothing was stopping her. Annabeth had picked up my trident and started coming at me. I blocked it and repayed the favour of kicking her in the face. I followed it up by a kick to the chest. She was knocked off her feet and onto the ground. I grabbed the trident off her and raised it high above her head. I was about to throw it, until Amanda came running up behind me holding her bag and sweating over-time. She told me that Aurum was coming and we had to move. I dropped my trident and me and Amanda left Annabeth for another day. We jumped into the water and hoped nobody would follow us towards the mountains. 

Lavender Morton (10)

I had risine into the arena knowing that I would be okay in this bloodbath. I had my alliance member, Lena from District 7 on my left. We had met up and slowly swam towards the rockly ledge. We were taking our time so that we wouldn't be targeted. We had only just reached the stairs for the second level as we were on the other side of the cornucopia. We now started running, realising that our time was coming to a close. We still had to get out and find the rest of our alliance. We were met with a wall of fire and a room of fumes and smoke. Immediantly we started coughing and crying. Lena had found an opening in the fire and we ran through. Finding ur bags as quickly as possible and getting back out and down the stairs. I tried to get the fumes out of my system and wiped the tears out of my eyes. I looked inside my bag. It contained a lovely Sword and a Map that showed the location of something. Though i hoped it was water or food. Lena had a Hachet and a list, though she wouldn't reveal what was on it. I was curious but now wasn't the time. I couldn't see anybody but Careers around. So we would have to find Casper and Kalmah later if they weren't dead already. Lena suggested we headed off towards the Island in the distance. I wasn't sure, swimming definetly wasn't my best strength. I suggested the Jungle but Lena wouldn't budge. She said if I didn't want to, I could leave and go and die. To be honest I would've loved to leave her but I needed her help so I agreed. "Though Lavender, your training score of a 6 was pathetic and you are making our alliance look like a easy target. If we want that to stop, you must be eliminated." she said. "What?" I replied. I knew what was coming next. I turned and ran towards the stairs just before her Hachete took my head off. I made the life killing deision of running up the stairs. I knew I had nowhere to go and could never beat her in a battle. I hoped maybe it was just a power move to get me out of the allaince and maybe she left owards the Island or something. But unfortunatley that wasn't the case. She'd followed me up and wanted blood. She started swining her Hachete towards me head. I was blocked by the fire. I swung my Sword but my eyes were in so much pain that i hit the wall. I knew the Hachet was coming before it reached arm. I screamed getting more toxic fumes in my mouth. I heard her laugh as she kicked me in the chest and I fell back and down into the fire. BOOM!!! How could she have done this to me?

Max Knightmare (C)

For me nothing much had happened in this bloodbath. It was pretty pathetic. I had hardly actual seen another tribute. I had had a few tributes think they could take me on but they had only got injured not killed. It bothered me that some Careers were still just sitting around doing nothing as if it was Day 3 already. If it was up to me, i'd kill them. But i knew that would only get me killed. But just because we were a big alliance doesn't mean were safe. In the Hunger Games you are never safe until the last cannon sounds and I will be there to hear it. I was walking around looking for any better weapons since some Careers were still fighting and they didn't need my help plus most alliances and tributes were long gone by now, if they had any sense. But some of them didn't. I heard the sound of falling metal crashing against the floor. I ran towards it with my Sword and Trident at the ready for anything or one. I saw a girl rush towards the water. But she wasn't getting away, not on my watch. I dived into the water after her. I easily caught her as she was a terrible swimmer. I got my sword and sliced her throat open. BOOM!!! Though I knew she was dead, I kept stabbing for more and more blood until all the water around me was red. I decided to get back to my lazy Career friends as there could always be sharks in the water. She had nothing valuble on her and I had no idea who she was, probably from an outline District. Oh well, tonight I would know. Not that I cared who I killed anyway. 

Aurum Chirp (2)

I wanted to rip Ryan's head off with my bare hands. I had been spending most of the bloodbath making sure Annabeth wasn't dead and that was all thanks to him. If Amanda hadn't of seen me, he would be up in the sky tonight but no sir. He had to be annoying and go and survive day 1. I hadn't got to make any kills yet and niether had I grabbed my backpack. I decided to waste no more time. I did have a sword and a spear in case someone was lurking in the shadows but I new nobody would be dumb enough to still be here. But maybe I was wrong. I was about to start walking up the stairs when I heard footsteps coming down. It could've been a Careers but it didn't seem like it. I could also tell that there was more then one person. I tried to remeber who had left the bloodbath. I had made it a fact that I knew who everyone was in the games so that I knew how many tributes were left at all times. But it could've been anybody. I quickly slammed against the wall outside the stairs, hiding so they thought the coast was clear. I saw two females walk out. I jumped in front of them and scared them to death. I could see that it was Erika from the Capitol and Nichole from District 5. They weren't expecting to see me. They were frozen by fear and were weponless. I got my sword and sliced Nichole's stomach open. She fell to her knee's in pain. I then got my spear and stabbed Erika right through her face to the back of her skull. BOOM!!! She was dead in an instant. I then asked Nichole for all her supplies. She handed over her backpack. I gave her thanks and stabbed her in the back with my sword. BOOM!!! She should've seen that coming. I also grabbed Erika's bag and shoved them both into my Jacket. I ran up stairs and grabbed me own bag. I noticed that there were still a lot of bags to be collected. I wondered if the gamemakers would take them away, though I doubted it. I got out of there as quickly as I could. I hoped maybe the gamemakers or a sponsor would help us get rid of the fire sooner or later. It could eventually kill us all but I knew the gamemakers had it under control. So i had gone from 0 to 2 kills. It must've been my lucky day.

Akumai Kubaya (8)

The bloodbath was coming to a close. We'd just heard two straight cannons whcih was good for us Careers. We were deciding to regroup and see who hadn't made it. Of course the first thing we noticed was that Ryan and Amanda from District 1 were missing. But Aurum said that was better then if they were here. To be honest I don't blame them leaving, if they had of asked me to come I wouldn't have refused. We also noticed that Savera from District 11 wasn't with us. Because of her District some of us thought that maybe she'd escaped for her safety. But Allan (4) said he saw her get her bag and wasn't planning on escpaing or attacking him. Reia who had done nothing all bloodbath confirmed that Noma from District 3 had killed her. Which meant that our alliance had gone from 10 to 7. Which nobody seemed worried about. Since Aurum confirmed we were still the highest alliance by 3 Tributes. It felt good to be on the winning alliance. We started gathering supplies and weapons. Aurum was looking for a bucket to put out the fire on level two of the corncuopia. I was sorting out a pile of junk when another male tribute jumped out from behind and made a run for the water. I only had my Trident on me and I knew that I would miss from so far back. As well as being a bad swimmer myself, I didn't see the point risking my life to kill him. Though Max (C) had seen and he was furious. He started yelling how he couldn't believe I had done nothing. The last thing I heard was him saying I wasn't worther of being a Career before he brought his Trident around and threw it into stomach. It hadn't gone too deep but before I could do anything else, he brought his Sword out and buried it deep into my skull. BOOM!!! "So what, now we have 6. We still have 2 more Tributes then any other alliance" - Max Knightmare

Jayson Huff (7)

BOOM!!! BOOM!!! BOOM!!! BOOM!!! BOOM!!! BOOM!!! BOOM!!! BOOM!!! I stopped to catch my breath. The bloodbath was finally over and what a close call it was for me. If Akumai had of come after me, I would be one of those cannons. But for some reason he hadn't and maybe he had paid the price for it. I hadn't stopped running for the past 20 minutes. I had seen a lot of deaths through my hiding space. The worse was Savera. Since I was 5 cm away from Noma and if he had of seen me. Anyway, I knew that I would be doing best in the Jungle. I also knew that so would be everybody else. I had been able to get my backpack as well as few extra knives for defence. It felt so good to have an axe so early in the games. I also had a Map. I had no idea what it was showing me but it was in the Jungle sector and I was close by. I was hoping for shelter or water so I followed the Map. It was so stuffy and hot in this section. I had no water and was having no luck finding my mark. I guess i'd figure it out tomorrow. I decided to go towards the mountains where it would be cooler. To be honest I was a little shocked at what my Disrict partner Lena did to that poor girl. I think she's gone crazy. I'm soo glad that I'm not in her alliance, she would be a nightmare. I knew tomorrow that I had to find water and food because i've seen nothing at all. I hoped my Map wasn't a Joke. 

Allan Seashore (4)

God what kind of an idiot kills an alliance member. "We still needed numbers to beat other alliances" I said in the argument. "Allan, calm down we still have the most okay?" Max said. "Not if we keep killing each other off!" I replied. That shut him up. To be honest it was his grave he was digging. Now that everyone knew what he was capable of. Everyone now felt threatened and scared by him. We were starting to put out the fire and were hoping to see who hadn't collected their bags. It took a while and was starting to get dark before we had put it out. Some Careers like Reia and Odin still hadn't collected their bags. I was about to grab it for them before my brain stopped me. I called them up for them to grab them. Also some of the outer Districts bags were still here. I decided to put a pile of supplies in the entrance so we'd know if anyone came back. Everyone was getting tired and bored. I saw Reia sitting with a Knife, carving her name into it. I decided to go and make sure she was okay. She'd hardly said a word since the games started. I told her to come for dinner and she didn't refuse. Her encarving was beutiful I wondered how she got so talented. Today had been an interesting day but nobody could know what tomorrow would bring. I just hoped the Careers still had 6 members.

Nightime, Day 1

Casper Ware (10)

I couldn't believe it! It was the end of Day 1 in the arena and I already had a missing alliance member as well as a dead District partner and alliance member. Now here I was stuck with Lena, trechering up the mountains. I had been lucky to find her though. I found her running down the stairs chocking and crying. She grabbed my arm and pulled me into the water yelling run, run! It wasn't until we were in the mountain sector that she told me what had happened. She said Annabeth was up  on the second level and had killed Lavender to Lena's surprise. She escaped as fast as she could hoping she wouldn't get caught. It made sense but my gut told me something was wrong with her picture. Nobody had tried to come after us or shoot something at us, well not that I saw. We were hoping not to see Kalmah in the sky tonight but we couldn't be sure. Luckily we did have a little food and some water to last us the first few nights. I had refused the urge to open my bag. I was waiting until we had settled down. Since if it was good and benefited me, I didn't want to share it with Lena. We had decided to rest in one of the many caves down near the bottom of the mountains. We set up camp and got ready for the night. Of course we had nothing to help us sleep but there was nothing we could do. I opened my bag while Lena was outside starting a small fire. It contained an Axe and a Map with a few marked spots across it. I knew i'd wait until tomorrow to figure out what they were. But i had to be careful. Not only of Lena but everyone else would go Map hunting tomorrow, there could definetly be more than one cannon. 

Acacia Paragon (3)

Thank god, I was still alive. It was finally the end of the bloodbath and the end of Day 1. Everything had ben such a blur. It was hard to believe that this time yesterday I was eating an all you can eat buffet and now i'm lucky to get a scrap of food. Our alliance sucks at hunting. We barley have enough for one person let alone, four. I was starting to see no reason to keep any of them alive. But I knew they would help protect me as well as get me sponsors because of my young age. Well they had another thing coming their way. They definetly needed to be ready for when I attacked or there would only hear cannons. Though our alliance was pretty lucky to be together, well almost. I had been on the left of Kasha at the bloodbath. Jake and Parker were also not too far away. Though we had been so close, we had lost Erika and Nichole. We had seen them both together at the bloodbath but were blocked by Max (C) and Aurum (2). So we could do nothing but to escape and hoped they found us later. Though we were happy to know they were together and would protect each other. But of course in the back of our minds we knew that they could also be dead. With Parker as our leader, he lead us into the Jungle section. We knew of course that it would be boiling and God, no other word could describe it. But we knew that tomorrow we would be able to find some water and hunt down some good food. I just hope we had sponsor because if this food kept up, we'd be dead too soon. 

Amanda Selkirk (1)

The time was finally coming. The time to see who had been killed. I was with Ryan high up in the mountains. We had decided to go hiking for a while as we had many supplies that we had taken from the corncuopia. We also thought it would be safer for the first few days. It was such a shame, not knowning that Annabeth's or Aurum's picture was going to be in the sky tonight. Me and Ryan were hoping that maybe someone else had got to them. We knew that there had been quite a few deaths, which meant these games were really on. I remembered last years games and how there was never a day without a single death. Who knew? It could be the same this year. We started eating our food and drinking our water with a nice warm fire, under the beautiful stars. It felt and looked so real. You could also most forget that you were in the Hunger Games arena. But it was broken by the start of the anthem.

Wow. I couldn't believe that with the number of the Careers they had, two of them had died. I wasn't interested in Savera as she was easily gone but Akumai seemed like a threat to be a Victor. It was just interesting to see how people acted differently from training. It was also intersting to see that a lot of tributes had died from other alliances. Anyway, they weren't my problem. Tomorrow would be a new day, where Ryan and I would set up traps around the arena. I would also be preparing for the next time I came face to face with Annabeth. And God would she be dead meat.

Noma Ambrose (3)

Ugghh. Water was all through my mouth. My arms and legs were aching and I could barely keep my eyes open. I couldn't believe it had taken all day to get to the island. It had felt like a good idea at the time, but what we hadn't known was that we had to climb a cliff that if we slipped off, we were dead. As well as there being a storm overhead. God, I literally felt death coming for me. I could barely see who had died but I knew that it wasn't my anyone in my alliance. I couldn't see where Lucinda and Fay were. To be honest, i'm more scared that there going to die and I'm going to be left alone. I can finally feel the edge that would lead me to safety, hopefully. I was almost there when my footing slipped and I dug my hands down hard into the earth below. Though it didn't stop me from falling backwards it slowed down the process and I was able to find a foothold. I stood there for a minute, knowing that could've been my death. I quickly scramble up and over the ledge and onto the island. I heaved a sigh of relief. I opened my eyes, expecting to be stabbed with rain. But all I saw were trees. I got up and looked around to see that it was some kind of forest, more of a rainforest. I almost yelled out as I knew this place had to contain water and animals. It was amazing and beautiful, if only I wasn't here in the Hunger Games arena. I knew that I had to find my allies. I yelled out hoping to be heard. I heard a rustle in the bushes behind me and I backed away, with my spear ready for anything. Then I saw Lucinda jump out and run to me. She was crying and almost knocked me off my feet when she hugged me. At first, I thought she had been attacked but she seemed physicaly okay. Then I realised that Fay must'nt have made it. I yelled out, screaming her name. "God, I'm over here." she said as she walked up behind me. I ran and hugged her. We knew that we were safe, for now. No other alliances would have come here. So we had the whole island to ourselves. Tomorrow we would find out what existed out here. But now was time to rest because tomorrow anybody could come here.

Huhhh. Oh my God. Tears filled my eyes, my sister was dead. I let them roll down my cheeks and hit the ground below. I hadn't protected her. I hadn't even seen her for one last time. I couldn't believe it. She was out of my life for good. I had a knife in my hand. I was starting to consider, plunging it deep into my chest. Then I would be with her forever. But I knew she would want me to do this for her. I couldn't let grief and anger beat me. I had to survive this. Tomorrow I would have to find my survival needs, or my sister would be seeing me soon. I knew I was no candidate to win this sick game. But when death came, I hope it came quickly. Maybe tomorrow i'd be seeing my sister, and would that be such a bad thing?

Daytime, Day 2

Odin Amarth (13) 

Another day in the arena had started. Another day of torture and trying to survive. Last night we'd heard no cannons, which meant there were still only 20 tributes left trying to become th Victor. The sun was riseing and the heat was starting to set in. We were going through our supplies for water and food. Since we knew if we had enough in the morning, it would last us all day. As we were finishing off, we heard a familar sound. The sound of a parachute. We all turned around to see it land in the centre of the corncuopia. It had the name, Max Knightmare flashing on it. I wondered why he needed to be sponsored so early. He looked inside and pulled out his gift. It was a huge bottle containing deadly poison. That was wired. Why would he need that? He would only be able to use it at close range and we were the only ones near by. That freaked me out. Especially since it was Max who had it. He could poison any of our waters or even just us when we were alseep.I knew I had to be extra careful and have my guard up twenty-four, seven. We all went to sit down and discuss what we would be doing today. Of course we had to decide weather to go hunting. We knew that it would be the best idea and could end up killing some alliances. So it was agreed but not all of us were going. It was either me or Reia who had to stay behind and defende the cornucopia. Of course much to my disliking I was chosen to protect the corncucopia. Only because I was stronger then Reia and would do a better job. But I knew it was because they didn't trust me and didn't want me to do anything stupid. They left towards the mountains in Aurum's direction. Once they were out of sight, I knew I had to destroy Max's bottle of poison. Since now I knew for sure that I was the most hated Career by everyone. But I couldn't find it. I looked literally everywhere. I even looked on the second level. I looked to see who's bags hadn't be collected. There was a District 6, 8, 9 and 11 bag. Not that I cared since I couldn't do anything with them. I eventually gave up, knowing that my life was in trouble. I had to do something to Max before he did something to me. 

Ryan Lucrian (1)

We knew it was time to go. We had just seen the Career alliance leave the cornucopia and come towards the mountains. Amanda and I knew that we had to get out and in to the Jungle before they could find us. Luckily we were going in a south-west direction, while they were going a north-wast direction. We knew that we were high on everyone's kill list and nowhere would be safe for more than 12 hours. So we knew that everyday we had to be on the move. But was that really a bad thing? With our great skills, me and Amanda were going to set up some traps for not only food but tributes as well. We knew it would keep us safe while allowing us to kill whoever got in the way. We had finally reached the edge of the Jungle and automaticly we felt the great power of the heat. But we knew that we either had to put up with it or become the Careers next victim. The Jungle had a unique quiet sound with the hum of bugs and animals. We trechered through bushes and mud. It wasn't long before we came across some freshly made tracks. We decided to followed them and see what we could find. It lead to find a small spring lake with beautiful clean water. The tribute who had created the tracks must have slipped away. But we didn't care, as this was all we needed. First of all we found a good tree to spend the night, out of sight and in cover. We set up a few traps for food, making sure that nobody was around. We then set up a trap for tributes. It was one of those lovely traps that pulled the tribute up by their foot and left them dangaling for us to kill. It was perfect as well as being safe for Amanda and myself. It hadn't taken too long but it was coming to midday and if the Careers were still on their hunt they could be here any second. Amanda was my lookout but I heard them before she alerted me. I quickly finished hiding the trap underneath the mud and ran behind a tree. I wasn't breathing and was sucking in my gut as far as it would go. I heard Max complaining that he was hungry and thirsty. "Shut up, Max!" yelled Aurum. "Aurum, it's okay. Look why don't we just go back and get some food and water and cool off for a while. We can come back later today when all the tributes will be collecting water." said Annabeth. "Fine!, Whatever." replied Aurum. I heard them walking towards the corncuopia and a let a small sigh of relief. But I heard something and footsteps coming towards me. "Look, footsteps. Someone has been here." said Aurum. He was only 3 metres away from me and if he cam forward or looked closely to his right, I was dead. "Aurum! That tribute is probably long gone by now, so come on." yelled Allan. I heard him mutter something under his breath and he left. I came out and felt like I'd had a heart attack. I knew that if they hadn't of stopped him, I would've been found. I could tell that he wasn't convinced and he would be coming back. I looked at Amanda who almost had tears in her eyes. It had been a close call but we had survived. We knew that we wouldn't be leaving the tree again until tomorrow morning. I honestly hoped, Aurum would just walk straight into my trap. Then these games were mine.

Matthew Haper (6)

It was getting close towards the afternoon. It was unfortuntly still getting hotter by the minute. Anyone could think that the gamemakers were trying to cook us alive. I was still here and I smiled at the fact that Mill would be proud. I was walking around the Jungle hoping to come across some water. I needed it. I was rapidly dehydrating when I already was. I had only a knife to protect myself and I had barley eaten anything in the past 12 hours. I knew that if I didn't act soon the death train would come and wipe me out, for good. I was stll on the verge of decided to go see my sister and have my name up in the sky tonight. I started bursting out into tears. I didn't care anymore. If I died, i'd go to heaven and I knew I wouldn't go to hell because I was already in it. I started tripping over myself and halucinating. I think I blacked out because the next thing I knew, I was covered in mud and was looking straight at a spring pool. I dragged myself up and jumped straight in, taken mouthfulls of water and recovering my energy. The water was a beautiful temperature and was perfectly pure. It felt like i'd been in there for eternitey. Though when I came up for air, I was greated with the death train. Standing in front of me was Jayson from District 7 holding an Axe in his hands. I tried to run but I was still in he water and was no match for him. He beat me to the other side. I was also no match for his strength. He dropped his Axe and picked me up by my throat. He then dropped me as I was starting to gasp for air. I was feeling dazed and light headed. He picked up his Axe and wasted no time burring it into my stomach. BOOM!!! The death train had got me out of hell, forever. 

Casper Ware (10) 

A cannon had sounded. I guessed the Careers had found someone. But I was still shaking. Me and Lena had just narrowly escaped from the Careers. We had seen them coming our way and decided it would be safer to hid inside our cave. But we were just lucky, since if they had of come inside our cave, we'd been dead. We knew that now, the Jungle was a safer place for us. But we also knew that there would be a lot of tributes and mutts roaming the area. Once we thought we gone deep enough inside the Jungle, we stopped to take a break. We decided to split up and look for food and water. I was lucky to kill a few small animals but it would only be enough to fed one of us. It seemed that there was no water around me, until. I saw a small lake. I started walking towards it but tripped and kicked a rock. It bounced off something and hit me in the chest, winding me. I realised, fast, that it was a force field. Plus if it had of been me insead of the rock, i'd be dead. I knew that there was nothing around here and decided to go back to Lena. She had got some water as well as a few small birds. It looked like we would survive the night. It seemed like I was going to be okay. 

Jake Xra (11)

The tempurature was still risen. My clothes were so full of sweat that thy were sticking to me. We were lucky to have some water. It felt like an oven. Me and Kasha had suggested going into the mountains but Acacia and Parker disagreed, saying that we needed to stay here for supply reasons. It was only Day 2 and our environment was torturing. I quickly turned to my right when I heard the crunch of leaves underneath someones foot. "Who's out there?" I yelled. Nobody moved. Nobody was even breathing. We all waited to see who was there. But nobody was coming out or moving in that direction. Until we heard it again. But this time it was running. But it was away from us, not towards us. That was wierd. Nobody bothered to chase after them. "Do smell burning?" asked Kasha. "Yeah, it seems to be coming from..." I said. Oh God. It was a fire and it as coming straight at us. We packed up our camp and made a break for it. We were running like madman with all our weapons and supplies bashing around. But no matter how fast we were running the fire was gaining on us. We entually made it to the lake but so had somebody else. It had been the person we'd seen. It was Lance from District 5. I stood in shock horror. He got out his pack of Throwing Knives and before I could do anything he threw on into my stomach. I crounched in pain. My alliance had seen what had happened and came rushing to my aid. But they were too late. While Lance was running away he threw another and it found it's mark right in my skull. BOOM!!! I died in Kasha's arms with her tears on my face. 

Lance Ampere (5)

My head was spinning at a thousand miles per hour. My head felt hot and my body felt light. I felt like I was on a spinning rollercoaster and I had to throw up. I had just woken up. I seemed to be covered with a bush, in the Jungle sector. I looked around, wondering where I was. I could see the lake where I had just killed Jake from District 11. I shot my head around, alarmed. I couldn't remember going in a bush or even going to sleep. I tried to remember what had happened. I remembered seeing Jake and his alliance in the bush. They had heard me and were looking out for me. I hid in a tree deciding what to do, hoping they wouldn't come and find me. Then I saw the massive fire coming towards me. I jumped out of the tree and bolted away from the fire. I remembered getting stuck under a tree. I couldn't remembered what had happened because th next thing I knew, I was standing in front of the lake. Then I looked to my left as I saw Jake run out from the tree's. He was alone, so I assumed that he had lost his alliance on the way out. On an impulse, I grabbed my knives and went at him. But when his alliance showed up, I quickly gave him the final blow and ran. I was so scared that they would follow and hunt me down that I wasn't looking where I was going. Then I remembered that I ran into a tree and knocked myself out. Though I was 99% sure that I didn't land in any bush. That scared me. I knew I had to move. I packed up my things and headed towards the edge of the Jungle, away from the mountains. There didn't seem to be anyone around. It looked safe enough for a few days. I just hoped that nobody would track me down. 

Jayson Huff (7)

It was a pretty quite area with no tributes and an occasional animal here and there. It seemed to be on a cliff looking towards the Island. It also most seemed perfect for a family picnic. Wow Jayson, Rain it in. It's the Hunger Games not District 7. I had followed Lance away from the Jungle. I had always had an intrest in him, since the beginning. He seemed smart and seemed to know what he was doing. So I thought I would go for an alliance with him. I was in the tree's thinking of what to do after I had killed Matthew. It seemed that if me and Lance were together we would do some damage. I saw him come out of the thick bush and take out Jake. Then when he ran, I knew that I had to follow him. Though when he knocked himself out on that tree, I didn't know what to do. I quickly jumped down and moved him body into a bush so nobody would find him. I then waited until he came to and left towards the edge of the Jungle, away from the Mountains. I was now trying to figure out a way to talk to him. I knew that if I didn't do it right, that he would kill me. He was starting a fire to cook his animals. It seemed alright because it was getting dark. I just decided to go for it. I walked in front of him and the fire. He noticed me so quick, he had a knife at my neck in seconds. "Wow, I come in peace" I said. "Look, I don't have time for this." He started to move the knife to my chest. "How about an alliance?" I asked. He stopped for a moment. "Why would I want that?" He asked. "Well you owe me." I said. "And how do I owe you?" He asked. "Well, I'm the person who moved your body into that bush." I said. He looked shocked. "What's your name and District?" He asked. "Jayson Huff, District 7" I answered. He seemed to be studying me up. Then he came to a conclusion. "Well I'll be happy to have you on board, Jayson." He said with a smile. I laughed. It seemed I would be safe for an extra day or two. I was glad that I had extra protection with his skills. And God would I need them.

Nightime, Day 2

Amanda Selkirk (1)

We had finally survived two days in this horred place. I had never expected the Hunger Games to be like this. Especially for me, I'm a Career. I should be in the cornucopia having all the food and water I want. But no, i'm stuck in a tree because the Careers want my blood. I understood that Ryan needed my help but by me going with him, I was just as wanted as he was. I now needed his help more then ever. A lot had happened down at the lake but unfortunatly all had doged our trap. Ryan and I both agreed that tomorrow we'd try and make another. We had a pretty good spot in our tree. We could see our trap, the lake, the corncuopia and any tribute on the ground below us. Unfortunately with all of that, it make it easier for people to see us. Tomorrow we were hoping to go for our maps. They seemed important. We then heard a sound. We jumped and looked around. We heard it again. It seemed to be coming out of nowhere. I looked at Ryan. Then out of nowhere something dropped on my lap. As fast as Ryan could, he put his hand over my mouth. I screamed at his hand. Wow he had fast relexes. I looked at the container in front of me. I opened it to find a deadly pack of Throwing Knives. There were mentor gifts. Ryan had also recieved one. Our mentor had gone all out by giving Ryan a Shield. It was perfect for him just like my gift was perfect for me. We knew that now we had a wepon to fight back against anyone who came for us. Now we weren't so afraid. 

Parker Blue (9)

I knew that we had to find a campsite. It was starting to get too dark to be trechering around the mountains. We had finally decided to move out of the Jungle. Especially after the fire and Jake's death. It was hard for us to leave his body there while we quickly moved before the rest of us were attacked. The least effected by the death was Acacia. She almost seemed okay with him dieing. As if she had expected it or wanted it. She was becoming a mysterious person and in the Hunger Games you can't afford to have mysterious people especially in your alliance. You could almost feel the hatred from her towards me and Kasha. I needed to calm down, she was probably just a quiet girl and rubs people the wrong way. I was thrown off my train of thought when Kasha lead us to a good campsite she had seen. We quickly looked around an it was obviously clear but somebody had been here a while ago. But by the looks of things, they weren't coming back anytime soon.We'd heard two cannons today, we already knew that Jake was one but who was the other. We of course, now being a smaller alliance were hoping for a Career. Our alliance was in danger, especially with so many other small alliancs out there. It would probably only take two tributes to take out our alliance completely. Anyway we would find out soon enough. I went over to comfort Kasha about Jake's death, I knew that seeing him in the sky would wreck her. It felt good to know that I was in an alliance with somebody who had a heart, if only both of them could. 

Fay Alban (8)

Today had been, almost normal. We'd had no fights or deaths around, we'd had a nice amount of food and water, and we'd only heard two cannons. But of course we couldn't live in a fantasy like that, we were here to kill people and there was nothing we could do to stop that. The Island was peaceful and beautiful. We'd had a lot of fun today. Going swimming, hunting and exploring. Though at one stage, Noma insisted that we went looking for the X on his map. We weren't that far away and we found it pretty easily. It seemed to make Noma happy. It was Poison for his Blowgun. It also made me and Lucinda feel safer as now, Noma's Blowgun would do more damage. We had our campsite set up, including our fire. It was getting very cold inside the arena. We were all starting to shiver. I went over to talk to Noma but was cut off by the anthem.

To be honest that wasn't too surprising. Though I felt bad that both Matthew and Mill had died so early. Now there were only 18 tributes left. My head went into a spiral. I had to calm myself down and breathe. I repeated my game plan over and over inside my head, Just wait everyone will kill everyone else you can then just kill one person and prove that you can do it. I then thought about Noma and why he needed to win this. I think I started hyperventurlating because Noma came over and comforted me. We had a long chat, tears came out and most sentences finsihed with, we'll figure it out later. It didn't seem late but when we looked Lucinda she was alseep on the ground. I said goodnight to Noma and fell alseep pretty quickly myself. That conversation had hardly helped at all. Only one of us would make it out of here, but who?
