Definition of a Prefect:[]
A prefect at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry is a student who has been given extra authority and responsibilities by the Head of House or Headmaster or headmistress. One male and one female student are chosen from each house in their fifth year to act as prefects, and would continue to be prefects in their sixth and seventh years until they leave school. Thus, there are approximately six prefects per house, and twenty-four prefects in the whole school at one time. The Head Boy and Head Girl may be chosen from among this number and may not be replaced, but, like with James Potter, the Head Boy or Girl does not have to be a prefect.

CHAPTER 1: Back to School (:[]
Sam's POV[]
Argh, I am brutally woken up by the sound of my owl, Mars, screeching and pecking at the door. I groggily rise out of my bed, which felt amazaing, wipe the sleep from my eyes and open the curtains to let in a brilliant yellow beam of sunlight. I begin to get dressed in my normal clothes but then it hits me, its the 1st of September, I'm going back to Hogwarts today! I quickly rummage through my new school stuff that me and my best friend Erlend had bought in Diagon Alley two days ago. Erlend is a Slytherin... but one of the nicer ones, and he resents Snape as much as any Hufflepuff or Gryffindor. After five minutes, I finally find my robes, tie up my Hufflepuff tie and run downstairs to have breakfast . My parents Linda and Amos are already eating, Dad works in the Ministry of Magic for the Care and Control of Magical Creatures Department. He is quite proud about his work and he never misses an oppourtunity to let someone know about his most recent Hippogriff or Thestral case. Oh, and he never lets anyone forget about the time he captured a dead Hungarian Horntail. In truth I have some very egotistical parents, but I love them all the same. I quickly wolf down my breakfast and grab my oak trunk full of my brand new books, my broom and Mars's cage. My dad yells from the garden and I run out, I quickly give my mum a goodbye kiss and tie my trunks to my broom. I let Mars out of of his cage, mount my broom and set a course for Kings Cross Station.
Zach's POV[]
My dads car pulls up at King Cross Station, time to start my 6th year at Hogwarts. I love the school but I love Ravenclaw even more, I'm a Ravenclaw prefect and captain of the quidditch team, this is because all the 7th years are malcoordinated geeks, like I understand if your in Ravenclaw your obviously quite intelligent but come on, you have to have at least one sporty person in each year! I give my dad a goodbye hug, take a deep breath and step once more into the wizard world. I grab a trolley and head towards the barrier between platforms 9 and 10. I catch sight of Will, who is in my year in Ravenclaw, he's beater on the team and an absolute geneius in herbology and potions, though Professer Snape still hates him, just because he is a Ravenclaw. Then we both see them, the Slytherin 4th years, Joan, Berry and Chandi, some poor second year is carrying their bags, everyone jumps out of the way and makes a clear path. Oh, yes the Slytherins are back, back to take the House Cup. Some hot Hufflepuff 5th just arrived on a broom, wait, did I just say "hot" and "hufflepuff" in the same sentence? He's an exception. Berry notices him too, she whispers, "His names Sam, he is in my duelling club, hes really good friends with that Norweigen in the year above" We push straight through the queue and go into the barrier and onto the platform. Some, Ravenclaw drops all her books, hah! loserr, only the best make Slytherin and she clearly is not one of them. As we stroll past, Joan mutters, "Definately a Half-blood", we all respond with a snigger, just loud enough for the girl to hear.
Liza's POV[]
I sit in a carriage with Claudia and Jinx, there two of my really close friends. I need to head over to the Prefects Compartment soon to give them their orders, me being the brand new Head Girl an' all. We are half-way through discussing our Muggle Studies essay that was set for homework (oh, I'm such a 'claw), when a shriek comes from outside as two Slytherin second years drop a trunk on Jade's foot, everybody rams their faces up against the windows and laughs. Jade being a Slytherin prefect immediately garuntees that the two will have detentions with Snape, first day back.. I don't really know much about her, although she is quite the chaser on the quidditch field..hmm, it's a pity she ended up in such a bad house really, her ingenuity and wit would have been valued beyond belief here in Ravenclaw. As the last of the students climb aboard, the Hogwarts Express gives a whistle and pulls out of the station
Tom's POV[]
I stoll up and down the carriage lugging my suitcase behind me, I finally come to a carriage with people I know, Inside is Sam1, a Slytherin in my year, we are in the same dorm. As were discussing the most recent Chudley Cannons quidditch match, theres a knock at the door. It's the lady with the sweet trolley, Sam1 gave me a sly nod and we acted fast, Sam1 shouted, "Accio" and all the chocolote frogs flew from the trolley into his bag, I jump from behind the women and mutter, "Obliviate" it completely wipes the women's mind. She stares happily with a vacant look in her eyes, she asks, "Anything from the trolley dears" and we reply, "Nah, were full thanks!" at the same time. She smiles happily and leaves. Oh, how great it is to be an awful Slytherin.
Chapter 2: Filch's Filthy Fantasy[]
Erlend's POV[]
I'm sitting in the prefects compartment with Sam and the others. Were half-way through force feeding Will, Spinach flavoured beans when Hogsmeade comes into view.Liza our Head Girl and Wes our Head Boy have already told us the password for the amazing prefects bathroom already, which was, "Toastlovesdick" So the past hour has been extremely productive because we tickled the Gryffindor password out of Jinx..such a weak specimen in a weak house. Sam, Justin and I had been chatting up had been chatting up Allie and Claudia, they definately want the "D". Just as Sam is about to down his final shot the train screeches to a halt and launches everyone forward. We all grab our trunks and file onto the platform.
Geraldine's POV[]
I climb in one of the carriages pulled by the invisible ponytas, with Panda and Ebony, both Ravenclaw therefore both amazing. The carriage pulls us towards Hogwarts all in its beautiful splendour, oh it's good to be back, although I feel a pang of remorse as this is my last year. We are pulled down the long entrance to Hogwarts and were stopped right before the door. We are greeted by an awfully familiar sight, the ever horrible caretaker Filch. As Panda passes a sudden look of delight crosses his face,his eyes twinkle and he sprints of with Mrs.Norris at his heels.
Oli's POV[]
We arrive at Hogwarts and run straight into the Great Hall, fuckin food time! I go straight for the Hufflepuff table and then I am brought back to earth, screw the sorting hat, what on earth am I doing here. I sit next to Sam and Emma the only other perf peeps in Hufflepuff. I gaze at the other kids around the table and think, as Hufflepuff Quidditch Captain, I have alot of work to do. Then were silenced, by Professor Dani, our wonderful headmaster. She instantly roars, "Kay, listen up you problem filled, bi-polar, hormonal teens, this year shiz is not going to change, it will be the same as any other school year, boring and uneventful and Filch has pronounced himself a paedophile and I have no intention of sacking him. Now! Off to bed and sweet dreams!" I leave the hall shaken, mainly because a perf human being such as me will be a definate target.
Wes's POV (special request :3)[]
Woop, woop. Lucky me, as Head Boy I get to work closely with a pyscho and a paedo although at least I have that shamazing bathroom, might go for a look around later. I talk one last bite of the homemade weed cake, carefully prepared by that domestic goddess Mrs.Sprout and round up the Slytherins to take back to the dungeons. Just as I step out of the Great Hall, those stupid 4th years are at it again, Berry,Joan and Chandni, convincing a poor 1st year that Kesha is hiding in Filch's cupboard, "Joan!" I roar, "Do you want to get the poor kid raped on his first night!" I turn around and catch sight of Liza leading the Ravenclaws to their tower, she gives me a cheeky wink and I know it's on. I turn to Erlend, "Okay erlando, first job as prefect, take this lot back to the common room, tell Snape I had to see Professor Flitwick." Erlend nods, swiftly turns and yells, "Okay idiots, follow me or I'll set Jade on you, and were both in a detention giving mood". I smile, he's a natural. I sprint up the stairs, past the Gryffindor common room and onto the 5th floor, okay lets give this bathroom a look. I head up to the door, I rack my brains for the password...oh my god, I was the one that set it!. From behind me a voices mutters, "Toastlovesdick" I whip round to see Liza, stripped down to her underwear, I feel a little friend come to life. She pushes past me and dives into the largest bath I have ever seen, it has about 20 golden taps all shooting different colour water, if Liza doesnt make me excited, then that will. She beckons me to approach, I do. I dip a foot into the beautiful water, she takes my hand an pulls me in. Our shoulders touch, our lips brush, it's just about to happen..."HEY GUYS!" a voice yells, we turn around to see Zach spring out of the water. A beaming smile across his face.
Liza's POV[]
Part of me wants to slap that boy silly, but the other part wants to hug him. He is just too innocent. Wes however is not at all happy, "How would you like me to do a Cruciatus Curse on yo' ass!" he yells. Zach shrinks back into the corner and just as I'm about to swim over to console him, I hear a purring noise coming from one of the stalls. Wes draws his wand and timidly says, "Whose there!, I'm the the head boy of this school!, reveal yourself!" The mystery person made no attempt to move and just as I'm about to step out to investigate, theres a loud bang and the cubicle wall shatters. I turn to see, Zach wand drawn pointing at a dust covered Filch! "EW! I yell, Zach yells stupefy and Filch flies into the wall. "Lets go to Professor Dani!" I shout but Wes shakes his head and tuts, "Don't you remember Dani's speech, she won't care, we will get in trouble, now lets go back to our common rooms and forget this happend, plus theres this irritating salmon swimming around the Slytherin common room" With that we leave the bathroom, and I accompany Zach back to the Ravenclaw Tower, discussing Ravenclaws chances in the Quidditch cup, trying to get my mind of that horror show.
Chapter 3:CLASS IS BENT :3[]
Emma's POV[]
I wake to the sound of a fellow 'puff fall over her own suitcase on the way down to the common room. Idiots, I live with idiots. I meet up with Sam and Oli in the common room and hed to breakfast, along the way we see Jade gleefully dishing out detentions, Sam mutters something about abusing prefect powers but I don't hear him because one of the hottest guys I have ever seen just walked down the stairs with a group of Slytherin 4th Years. I grab Oli's tie and say, "Who is that hottie who just walked past me!" Oli replies "Oh, thats Joan, he's a nice..." I cut Oli off there, I've heard enough, that boy is mine. We walk into the Great Hall and I see Joan again, omg he definately waved at me. I'm getting such a perfect view...OMFG that fat ass cleaner Sharkeisha just stood in front of me to take my orange juice! I hate orange juice. Once shes moved..it's too late Joan has left. In an awful mood I head off to Potions.
Zach's POV[]
I walk smugly out of Flitwick's Charms Classroom, confident. We have just gone over the team for the Slytherin game, this is one of the best teams we have had in years, I'm just heading back to the common room to post the team list when I see the first of many copies of the Slytherin team, there everywhere! With a crude drawing of a Raven being strangled by a snake...definately Sam1's "Artistic" influence, but dayum thats a solid team. I've gotta double the training between now and Saturday!. Sam's POV (I'm sorry I'll try limit the amount of POV's I give myself :3)[]
Phew, after a Divination lesson where Erlend shoved a Crystal Ball up his ass. It's time for the Hufflepuff Quidditch tryouts. We try to do it at awkward times, so the rest of the school can't see how truely awful sportsmen and women we are. I find Oli and hed out onto the quidditch field. As our captain Oli will have alot of work to do. The first year's went first, and got off to the worst possible start, one boy managed to turn mounting a broomstick into something resembling anal. What followed resembled a war zone, as kids were thrown, hit, smacked with bludgers and knocked out. It was awful, Emma was our only hope, she was having an amazing game at chaser..until she saw Joan with the Slytherin Team and went head first into a hoop. With that Oli called it a day and we headed back to the common room.
Chapter 4: First game of the season(EXCITMENT) Ravenclaw vs Slytherin[]
Erlend's POV[]
I wake up with butterflies in my stomach and I cant feel my arm. I'm just so nervous, my first game as Slytherin seeker, I can't lose to those geeks In Ravenclaw! I wake up the others and head to breakfast with my year, as I walk in I feel the waves of eyes scan me, there expectation. Even Gryffindor and Hufflepuff want to weigh me up for the upcoming matches. I finish my sasuages, read the good luck letters sent from my parents and head out to the changing rooms with the rest of the team. Berry and Chandni are there usual confident selves. However the older students from last years team realise the pressure on them, to match up to last years season. Wes's silences us and speaks, "Kay, homos listen up. This year we need to fight, fight for our right to be the best, because thats with Slytherin is! We are stronger, better and faster then them, now lets go show those Ravens why were the reigning champions!". With that we grab our brooms and march out onto the pitch, we are met by a deafening roar from the Slytherin stand, they had Serpent banners and ribbons with our names on. However that was the only support we got, the rest of the stadium seemed to be blue and gold with paper ravens flying everywhere. Then the Ravenclaw team came next, donning their blue and gold robes, led by their young captain Zach and those formidable chasers; Justin, Claudia and Ebony. Madam Hooch gave the captains the usual speech, blew her whistle and off we went.
Will's POV[]
I set off, Geraldine takes the left side of the field, I take the right. Immediatly our superior chasers come to the fore, taking quick possesion of the quaffle and scoring an easy goal. "10-0 to Ravenclaw" the commentator roars. Another uneventuful 5 minutes led to us going 40-0 up and looking flawless, our chasers were untouchable, weaving in and out of the Slytherin players, Zach had not even been tested in goal. I turn to look at the seekers, Erlend is hovering above the Ravenclaw goal, then a quick glance and him bolting off, made it look like he'd seen the snitch. Liza notices this too, and speeds off after Erlend, Erlend is on a direct route to the ground, the snitch must be very low, Liza follows, both of them are going to crash! I brace for impact, but Erlend pulls up at the last second, Liza however was too slow and hurtles straight into the ground. A chorus of, "Oohs" ripple around the stadium however it gets worse, while I had been utterly transfixed on the seekers, Slytherin had clawed it back to, 50-20 and Ebony looked dazed as she had been slammed by two bludgers. Zach gives me a look of reproach and Justin shouts, "C'mon Will, were taking a beating here, you need to stop those bludgers". Liza still has not moved, Madame Pomfrey has rushed on to the field and conjured a stetcher which Liza has now been lifted onto. We had all now flown down and watched with pained expressions as Liza was carried off the pitch. Zach told us not to lose composure and just keep doing what we were doing, then on came our substitute seeker, Allie a quiet 6th year.
Jade's POV[]
Wes urges us to take advantage of this unsettlement and we do. Immediately Joans seizes control of the quaffle, dodges two well aimed bludgers and is through on goal, he punches to quaffle to Wes who uses the end of his broom to score a well worked goal. 50-30, we can do this. Claudia responds well and soars down the field. She is one on one with Blake, when Chandni sends a bludger into her arm and she drops it. Blake sweeps underneath and collects then throws it too me. I catch it and spring into action, I bolt pass Ebony who makes an attempt to knock me off my broom, Then, I see Will ruthlessly send a bludger to my head, I just manage to duck underneath and throw the quaffle into the left hoop just beyond Zach's fingertips. 15 minutes later, we have done amazing, Wes has rallied the team so well, we have pulled the score back to 110-90. My broom looks ready to snape due to the amount of bludger hit it's taken. However Ebony has fared the worst, she is just too slow and Berry and Chandni have siezed this advantage of this. Then there is a massive roar as Erlend sees the snitch. He ducks and weaves past Geraldine, Allie is so obviously a substitute, she cant keep up. Erlend is in line with the teachers stand, Allie is closing in, he is fingertips away, so close, Allie is at his broom tail now. It's now or never, Erlend makes a grab and...HES GOT IT. WE WIN!. The commentator dejectedly announces the final score "And Slytherin take it, "240-110" Wes is estatic he pulls Erlend into a huge hug and we walk into the changing room. There will be a party tonight!
Chapter 5: LETS GET FUCKIN DRUNK[]
Allie's POV[]
This is so amazing, although the Room of Requirement is draped in Sapphire Green, it doesnt take away from the fact, the Slytherins throw a great party. After I pull myself away from Joan, I edge ever closer to the table adorned with booze. My parents always forbade it but there not here to stop me. I tentatively pick up a beer mug and bring it ever closer to my mouth, then I swallor, "Jeepers, that is yucky" I shout, everyone turns around too look, " How can you drink that poison" I shout. With that I go find Joan for some more lovin'.
Wes's POV[]
This party is insanee, all because of my great game as "El Captino", I get my first year bitches to address me with this, my proper title. I look around, Sam is absolutely wasted in the corner, wait how did a Hufflepuff get in? Joan and Allie havent been seen for 20 minutes and Jade has snapped a quaffle in half. How the...? Dayum why does Liza have to be in the hospital wing! Then there is a huge bang and the door is blasted open and standing in the doorway amdist the rumble. He grins, a toothless grin and roars, "PARTY TIME BITCHES". Everybody screams in unison, and then Filch flies back crashing into the wall. We all turn to look at Zach, grinning. "Man, you gotta stop that" I exclaim. Then it goes all groggy and the last sight I see is Jade and Joan dragging me, a worried expression on their faces.
Chapter 6: RUN, FAT BOY RUN[]
Jinx's POV[]
I feel a spin-chilling cold embrace my body, I lose all warmth inside me and I crumble to the ground, I'm dizzy and my head starts to spin. I look up to see Sam fighting off what looks like three floating cloaks. He is starting to fall, then there is a brilliant flash of light and Oli burst out from behind a desk, Erlend, Claudia and Justin follow him. Claudia screams at the sight of Sam lying in a heap on the ground. Erlend roars and drags his limp body away. I cant hear anyone, I see Oli shouting at me but his words vanish like the warmth within me. I feel a tug and see Justin dragging me away while sparks fly from his wand, What happend to the party? Next thing I know, we are all running down the corrider, Sam and Erlend have vanished. The we turn the corner and Claudia stumbles and vanishes. Only, me, Oli and Justin left, more cloaks float out from nowhere and Oli roars, "Justin, get her out of here, I'll cover you!". My hearing has returned, Oli jumps in front of me and produces, his patronus, a Lion. The Lion rips through the cloaks. Then, it hits me, these..things want me and these students who are protecting me, know why. Oli vanishes and Justin carries me to the hospital wing, where I black out.
Justin's POV[]
Damn, that was too close, way too close those cray cray Dementors nearly got Jinx. I start to run to the Hospital Wing, praying those unearthly creatures dont follow. When I reach the Hospital Wing, I practically kick down the door and throw Jinx into Madame Pomfrey's arms. I see a disgruntled Liza, look up from her bed but I have no time to talk because it then hits me, "OMG, We forgot Claudia" I scream, Madame Pomfrey gives me a cold stare, but I ignore it and sprint off down the corrider. As I run, the events of the night flood back to me. The party was going so well, everyone was absolutely fucked out of the minds and then Filch arrive, everyone freaks out and some Gryffindor 2nd Years start crying, then Rebekah blows up my drink. Zach stuns Filch, knocking him out. Then the Dementors arrived, because I am a member of the Wikia Order of Wizards and Witches, I sprang into action. Erlend, being one of two Slytherins in the Order told Jade and Joan to knock Wes out and get him back to Slytherin A.S.A.P. so he is safe for now. But we lost Jinx, those Dementors found her first. They had nearly get her, we had left it too late. Now we must tell her everything, however we are okay with Wes we got him out in time. A wave of relief floods over me when I find Claudia walking back to Ravenclaw tower, mercifully unscathed.

Joan's POV[]
I wake up, hungover as fuck, I went into Hogsmeade last night with some other Slytherins. My head is pounding, it feels like it's about to explode. Then it dawns on me, this is the LAST DAY OF TERM!. I stumble out of bed and collapse onto to Blake, who wakes with a jolt, he mutters something wierd about pokemon and goes back to sleep. I hum some Kesha tunes and get ready for breakfast, I then see something move out of the corner of my eye, ooh snap those things that came, the night I had to take Wes back with Jade, oh shit I need to go find Erlend he knew what to do last time. I trip over my trunk as I dart off to the dorm.
DONE FOR NOW GUYS, WHILE IM WORKING ON SOMETHING ELSE
