Okay, I saw how people were with my 2nd Hunger Games, so i made another one to see how it went! Any way, submit tributes, mentors (if I have yet to reserve them), stylist, and i'll need my all important Gamemakers! Also, our twist'll be up very soon! *laughs evily*
Twist[]
President Taylor (new president of a whole new generation) comes onto stage, a little girl in a pretty white dress follows. President Taylor walks over to the microphone and starts to speak. "On the 25th Hunger Games, you had to vote your tributes in. On the 50th, for every Capitol person that died, 2 rebels died, so we sent in 2 times the amount of tributes as usual. On the 75th Hunger Games, to prove that not even the strongest of your districts can stand up to us, we sent in past victors. On the 100th Hunger Games, to prove that we can control love, we sent in a married couple. On the 125th Hunger Games, we sent in only 12 year olds, and that there is no voluntering to take their place, no matter what your age was. On the 150th Hunger Games, to prove that more generations of tributes died then us Capitol people, the choosen tribute had to take a sibling, a parent, and a grandparent.. On the 175th Hunger Games, we sent our tributes into a town, much like our capitol, with pods to kill them."
She turned to the girl. "Bring the twist box." The little girl walked over and held up the box. She picked the one labeled:200th Hunger Games and turned back towards the microphone. She opened it and read it. "And this year, to prove that we control fear, the tributes going in must of been bullied, and their bully must of been of the opposite gender, they will both go in and fight to the death!"
The Capitol people roar and the anthem plays and the screen goes black.

District 1 male - bullies Sparkle Zidzade.
District 1 female - Bullied by Kellon Hero.
District 2 male - Bullied by Zerro Yesselle.
District 2 female - Bullies a boy older then her named Zerro Yesselle.
District 3 male - Bullied by Missaya Henred.
District 3 female - Bullies Gregom Anthony.
District 4 male - Bullies Serenity Calver.
District 4 female - Bullied since she was 12 by one particular boy because of her height, lack of intelligence and loneliness.
District 5 male - His parents want him to marry Candice Bolt but he hates her and bullies her to tears every day.
District 5 female - Cole Lightning, a boy her parents want her to marry, bullies her to tears every day.
District 6 male - He has always bullied a girl in his class named Willow Henders. He does this to cover up the fact that he has always has a crush on her. He won't even admit to it because he's a little embarrassed.
District 6 female - She was always bullied by a boy in her class who made fun of her because she didn't have any money. She would go back to her house in the Seam, and just sit on the bed, not doing anything. She always felt like everyone was out to get her.
District 7 male - Bullies Maggie Lewelle.
District 7 female - Bullied by Redd Jones.
District 8 male - Bullied Lavender Gomez.
District 8 female - As a child multiple kids at school bullied her, because of how smart she was and of her looks. Despite the fact that she is very beautiful, the other kids were jealous of her and always put her down. They attacked her, cut her hair, and even stole her belongings. One day she had it and killed some of them. Even when most of them were dead, she feas that someone will get revenge on her. Due to this, she gets flashbacks oftenly and can only stay still when this happens, or her blood pressure would rise and she would have a risk of a stroke. Her paranoia caused her to be a wreck, and she volunteered to the games, so that if she wins, she would be able to move and never live in fear again.
District 9 male - He was builled and his liffe was so dreadful that he thought of suiced. He was builled by a girl that used to be hid grilfriend Roxi. She teased him about how he will never amount to something and he is a wimp and noone likes him.
District 9 female - She builled a young,hansome boy by the name of Skylar. She was his ex and she started when he broke up with here before her birthday. She wanted to payback from the public humilation and make him come back to her again
District 10 male - Got bullied from 8 years old up by a older girl in his training class bacause she was so much better with a sword.
District 10 female - Bullied a boy sense he was 8 because she thought of herself as superior to him and always put him down.
District 11 male - Bullies Julianna Massorome.
District 11 female - Bullied by Timothy Hall.
District 12 male - He always bullied a small 12 year girl, and he never even knew her name. He always bullied her because she wasn't that pretty, she was dumbfounded, and she was small and poor. He always had enough to eat.
District 12 female - She was bullied by a boy at school that was two year older because she was small and awkward. Her mother is always very ill, so when she was reaped, her mother might have died. She is sligtly pretty, but not that much, to most people she is plain.

District 6 - Willow: She is wearing a floor length, silky, gemstone covered soft blue dress, and heels that look almost like water. Her hair has been pulled back into a bun on the top of her head, her makeup is very simple. Light pink lipgloss, and settle brown eyeshadow, with a hint of light blush.
Isaac: He is wearing a black suit with a green undershirt. He has his hair like he normally does.
