He seem very cold in his scene in part 2 and I'm wondering if Caesar was forced to act cold heartly for propaganda, was that the real him, or possibly both?
The Capital citizens seem to fully support the Hunger Games including Caesar, even though he apparently acts funny to relax the tributes but appears to show absolute glee when broadcasting the Games.
So who is Caear Flickerman? Is he just a neutral character neither good nor evil? Which Flickerman was the true him or maybe we just didn't get to see his true personality in the books and films?
Any thoughts?
