A username is unacceptable if it seems likely that people will be offended by it. It really depends on the case, but if you want specifics this wiki has a comprehensive list that you can refer to. The username that you brought up doesn't stand out to me as potentially offensive (if it does refer to something inappropriate, it's might not be common-knowledge enough to be a problem).
