Hello Annie. I was recently banned from chat for giving Zack (The Hungarian Games) some advice. He says I was disrespecting a mod. And I said only 1 time. Which is true. I only said 1 thing that was mean. So I told him that it is a warning or a kick. And he says it is but I do it everytime he is online (false) and he bans me. He has also been kicking people or supposedly "spamming". When people do this 00000000000 he kicks them. I have also talked with Thomasb97 about it (since he is a senior mod) and he told me aswell that it isnt considered spamming. Also what I said that was mean was in PM and here
Then he bans me for "disrespecting a mod" when I have just been telling him about "spamming" As you can see out conversatin I was saying I was gonna speak around with the "spamming problem" and he just thinks I control him? And as you see at the bottom it also shows I have talked to Thomasb97. So he bans me for something in PM when he clearly states as shown below. Annie I didn't just ban her right away stupidly me and Tbwtpt went over it, he agreed. Pm is confusing and what I've seen somemods do is some rules apply some rules don't I think Policy needs to clarify. Kaitlyn needs to calm down it's two hours. Kaitlyn has bashed me since I got my mod rights saying I'm very "Biased" and well so on. I also that that i'll ban her in pm to. Also in pm I said why i'd ban you, let you have your say, I said that you've been rude to me before. If she wasn't rude to me before and I banned her for this I'd understand, but she's done this well over 5 times, for 3 weeks, and Its only 2 hours which isn't a huge deal. Annie, I really now am not starting to like Zacks attitude. He has been kicking people for no exact reason. And banning people. He thinks that if someone says No Your wrong Thats being disrespectful. As when I said the mods were wrong. When I was unfairly kickbanned for the editing thing he threatend that if I ever say That me and Moo Moo(Ryan) are wrong and disrespect us you'll be banned So me and hunter were trying to help him. But he kept saying we were wrong. I'm getting really annoyed of his attitude. Towards the user's. He expects us to respect him. Just because he is Mod. And he doesn't respect us. 1st off. DBD this has nothing to do with you. 2nd off I agree with Ranger. HKTLovesGlimmer (one of the nicest users) got banned for explaining to Zack that he was being a little biased. For the reason is that Hunter (HKT) was online with me and Ranger and other mods. I was away doing HW. Then I came to see that Hunter was kick for saying *Dances* Zack says its RPing which we understand but then a mod (Pika) and another user Chigusa (Flufeeh Kitteh) were RPing and didnt get kicked. So we were all thinking it was unfair those turn of events so Ranger and Hunter talked with Zack and Ranger told me that right when she started talking about it Zack said to her "Do you control me?" which obviously she doesnt and he threatend ban her. So its come to my attention that Zack thinks that when someone talks to him about something that happened in chat its being rude to a mod. Thats why I got bannned for explaining why "YAYYY" isnt spam. So maybe Zack needs alittle supervision from the senior mods. Like Thomasb97 and ~Ilovepeeta~. Also he tells us to respect him when he does so little to us. He spreads rumors about me that I "Bash" him and I am constantly mean to him. He needs to cool off and needs to calm down when someone is trying to talk to him about a kick or a ban because he just kicks or bans. So I hope we can talk on chat about this.

We Weren't Invading Edit
So I was banned here for "invading". Let me tell you, I was not invading. 66mc kicked me once for entering chat. RawrImmaEatYa was really rood. This wiki is not very welcoming. For all they know we wanted to join this wiki. I did, in fact, want to join this wiki. I said it numerous times in chat. We were not invading. Sure, I was banned for 2 hours. But I don't like people saying I invaded when I was not. I've had enough drama. In fact, I'm taking a one week break from Victorious Wiki because of drama. Okay. So I was online with a few users. And we were talking and someone said saracasm to me and got kicked. I have never seen sarcasm agaisnt the rules. So me and 2 other users were just talking and playfully insulting eachother but not in a bad way like saying "You died and made you queen" as a joke. And out of the blue Lily kicks all of us. Saying that we were bickering. When bickering isn't even against the rules. And she says a "warning" is a kick so whenever we screw up she just kicks withour warning.

I do use warnings but there is no requirement or rule of any chatmod having to do so, any mod is completely entitled to kick without warning, I just prefer warnings. . A lot of mods never warn before they kick, I just prefer it that to warn. There is no rules saying "A warning will be given if you do so and so", and in many ways a kick can work as a warning, I just prefer warnings, but it is completely up to Lily whether she thinks she should warn or just kick.

Yeah well Andy and I have been talking the way we were brought up to. We are from Scotland and we grew up speaking like that. Bastard is not even a bad word, as it only means someone born before their parents were married. Dick is allowed and so are some other things. Sure give me a warning but to be honest I don't see anything bannable or demoddable there, and Anna, Ryan and Andy agree with this. ALSO. No one was offended. Oh and that bit were I was saying "fuq you" I was talking to Oli, who took no offence. I am not rude, there's a difference between stating opinions and being flat out rude like Dani constantly is. I think most of this got sorted out, but so I won't be taking any actions against Dani or Andy. I mean, if we could try not to use words that offend other, that would be great. But I know that everyone accidentally slips up several times. So I won't take action against you for using words that are completely normal for you and aren't forbidden in the chat rules. Although yes, Dani can be a little blunt at times, sometimes bluntness is what is needed. You can just rainbow sprinkle your way through life all the time. If you guys are just joking around with things, and everyone is completely aware of the fact that you're just joking around, I personally will not take actions if you jokingly minorly insult each other. And the mods can get together and decide which words will and will not be allowed and we can have a complete understanding of the (un)allowed words. And lastly, the whole bashing-each-other-on-chat thing. It has to stop. I understand that you all have different opinions. There is nothing I can do about that. I am a highly opinionated person, and I don't have anything against you guys not getting along with each other. But the constant bashing of each other is getting a bit out of hand. - Hope you don't mind me butting in! I am so glad this has finally been suggested. I myself was going to suggest this a week ago as we had a whole "family" of new users come and really ticked everyone off and they would have been able to be told to go right away instead of everyone finding out they were spammers, etc. I suggested that we just have a minimum edit count of about 50 and most of the mods on at the time agreed with it. I not to sure about 100 edits and a 50 mainspace minimum as that would mean mods always having to type in a user's name into Special:Editcount and it would be a pain. 50 and 100 edits I think would be enough because no spammer would make 100 edits just to spam chat. I don't think that it should be as high as 100 edits. More like maybe 20. I feel like it shouldn't be too high so that new members that actually want to be a part of this wiki can get a feel of it from the other users. And if we could make it that they have to have 20 mainspace edits, then they'll have to be editing pages not just spamming user game comments. Sorry, I was the one who suggested it. Well I forgot to mention in Pam's message. There is a exception list, Oh and Rainbow the code. By the codes it automatically checks the users editcount. So the mod won't have to look it up :). You can change the number but we would need a Main and no main (i.e You need 50 edits. but the majority of them have to at least be half, So 25 mainspace and 25 of them have to be regular. like comments,blog,file etc.) Hope that helps! - Aha thanks for clearing that up Atelda! Most users, including yourself Annie, have an average ratio of 1 mainspace edits per every 15 other edits. Based off these rough stats I'm thinking 5-10 mainspace edits and 50 edits in total (if thats too low we can always change it). If the mainspace is higher than 20 then some mods could be illegible to enter chat (even if the code makes an exception to them it wouldn't set a good example) although most mods have now been editing pages more frequently. Yes, I agree with that, That would be good. When the new editor wants to press on the chat there will be a message, That tells the user that he/she may not be on the chat unless they have the requirement. We can change that message so it's different. I like 50 edits, Maybe half of that will be good. So about 25 would be good, It's half and if you contribute you may get it fast. There is also one problem. Sometimes new users kind of get anxious. So they may just press "edit" then "publish" just to get the main. I'm pretty sure that has been fixed. But sometimes it works. So maybe 25 would be a good starter. You are right we can always change it. But if to do so, We would need a expert at MediaWiki (I'm so-so). MediaWiki is tricky if you mess it up you may end up messing the whole chat. So I hope we can find someone who is able to put the code in. Hope you agree Iluvgale :). Atelda1001talk

I was told that you want all the mods opinions on this, and I think she'd be a really good mod. But there are already a lot of us at the moment, but I think it'd be good. :3

- I'm sorry... But I would like to point out to the fact that Atelda, first off, I'm on Tiny chat but I am still keeping tabs on chat to where if something happens, I can either report it to a mod or others. Also Atelda, I've been on chat for more than three days, thanks. And either way, I'm on late at night to when there are no mods on. I'm staying up past midnight just to keep an eye on chat. And Jade, I, more than likely, think that another mod is going to become admin. I get that I would sort of defeat the purpose of demodding three mods, but I am on late at night when there is little to no mods on. I feel a little concerned at then, because we can get semi-crazy then. I'm usually up late at night just for the fact of making sure that nothing happens that I would have to report. I'm sorry if there may be a lot of mods, but I really do think that I would help a lot with the late night stuff so while you sleep, there aren't things going on. I guess I'm defending myself and it's sort of useless... But I really do think that I could help around the night time area. If I could have one chance to prove myself, it would be then. At first, I kinda was against Liza becoming mod because we already have enough, but she's right. A mod is most likely going to become admin. So in that case, Liza would be an awesome mod. I totally support :)

You already know about my suggestion for the ping abuse rule. But since mods have different ways and each of us kick for different things can we maybe get together on another chat and discuss what words are definitely allowed so we don't all kick for different things.

Moving blogsEdit
When you move pages to the blogspace, you have to insert a username (ex. User blog:iluvgale/nameofblog). If the page was created by an IP, this can't be done since blogs can only be made by users (thus those pages just need to be deleted). -TagAlongPam (talk) 01:22, April 18, 2013 (UTC)
