Tiki Tooki asked me to do something similar with his Nemesis Games, but TBH I don’t know what I or anyone else could do to stop or prevent someone from borrowing or outright copying elements of other games for their own. As I also said to him, you could probably argue that none of the games are completely original since they likely adapt some of this and some of that from various other games that the authors have seen.
